Army Ten-Miler - Results Poster

Position Overview
As the Results Poster, your job is to assist Chief Timing and Awards Coordinator in posting "individual" and "team" results on the boards in front of their respective tents. For 2009, ATM will be using new timing technology - ChronoTrack (D-Tag) - which is disposable.

Time/Location Information:

As a volunteer results poster, you need to report to the Volunteer Check-in Tent in the South Pentagon Parking Lot Lane 21 at 6:00 A.M.


Task Overview

  • Pick up race results from the scoring tent at the finish line
  • Post race results outside the Awards Tent area (Lane 21)
  • Deliver two copies to the Main Award Stage (Lane 21) Deliver a copy of the Team Results to announcer at Runner Finish Corral (Lane 33)

    Pick up race results from the scoring tent at the finish line 9:30 Deliver to Award Stage Overall, Masters, and Wheelchair winners 9:45 Deliver and Post overall results on A-Frame in front of Awards Tent 10:00 Deliver two copies of the Individual Age Division Results to Award Tent and Post copy
    10:15 Pick up and deliver two copies of the Team Division Results to Award Stage (lane 21) 10:15 Deliver first place team award results to announcer at Runner Finish Corral (Lane 32) 10:15 Deliver and Post overall results on A-Frame in front of Awards Tent (1,000 M and 1,000 F) 10:45 Deliver two copies of Team Division Results to Award Tent and post copy
    11:00 Award Ceremony begins
